Some Odd Girl is starting the year off with a inspirational challenge!

Our January OPTIONAL TWIST is to be inspired by a photo.  I think my card and photo explain my optional twist - meow!

The challenge runs from Jan 1 to Jan 31.  The winner gets a $10 GC to the SOG shop BUT if that randomly chosen winner uses the OPTIONAL TWIST you will win $15!  A little incentive to get ODD when crafting!

Also there will be a Top 3 who will receive a $3 GC to the store and a badge for their blog!

Wrapped Piper!

New at Some Odd Girl is digi Wrapped Piper.  She works for holiday wrapping as well as birthday, wedding, or... 

I colored her using Spectrum Noir ColourBlend Pencils.  I'm constantly practicing my blending and color combos. The best part about practicing is that it's always relaxing and fun.

Blend them together!

I had some quiet time for coloring and I wanted to share what I've done.  Both images are new digi stamps from Some Odd Girl, and both were colored with a combination of Spectrum Noir ColourBlend pencils, Spectrum Noir Illustrators, and Spectrum Noir Markers.  

I really like to play with color and with the Spectrum Noir products it is so easy to do that.  I hope this will encourage you to give it a try.  Remember practicing coloring is really the most fun anyway!
