These samples show off a little of what the Spectrum Noir Aqua pencils can do. Both cards feature one of the NEW stamp sets, available on HSN August 16, called Little Birdie. These were colored on Spectrum Noir watercolour cardstock using Spectrum Noir AquaBlend pencils.
