A Beautiful Journey!

I decided to experiment with Spectrum Noir Sparkle and Sheena Douglass Paint Fusion together.

First I created the back ground using the water-coloring technique with Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens on Sheena's Mountboard shape.  After it dried I stamped 3 daisies and then painted them using the 'paint fusion' technique.  I was hoping that the blue background would bleed through into the white acrylic paint and it did!  I realize normally you don't want this, but I wanted to give the flowers some blue color and I'm pleased with the results.

Big Bright Happy Birthday!

I decided to use some bright colors when I started 'frosting' my cupcakes using Spectrum Noir Sunshine Yellow Sparkle!  The embossing folder and die cuts are all from Crafter's Companion and I find myself reaching for them again and again.  Who doesn't like a cupcake?

Welcome Spring!

I discovered this watering can while looking for something else entirely in the crafty section of my basement storage.  I'm big on finding things while out shopping that I might be able to craft with and putting it down there.  Anyway, I decided it would make a perfect spring home decor item with a little help from Crafter's Companion products!

The layered look!

This was such an easy card to create.  Just cut all your layers, remove the colored cardstock layers keeping the remaining layers in place and stamp using waterproof ink.  Color with Spectrum Noir Aqua, add colored cardstock layer in and BOOM - that's it!
